I personally love having a big ham several times a year because they are affordable, easy to make, and you can do a ton with the leftovers. I wanted a really simple recipe for the weeknights, but that had a nice flavor without being overly fruity or sweet. As such, I decided on this Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Apple Butter Glaze Recipe.
