Yeast Milk White, brown, & powdered sugars Butter Salt Eggs All-purpose flour Oil Heavy cream Cinnamon Cream cheese Vanilla extract Optional: raisins and/or pecans

Prepare cinnamon roll dough by mixing together warmed milk, yeast, sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Knead.

Once dough has doubled in size, punch it down and roll out into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the softened butter on the rolled out dough.

Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mix over the butter as evenly as possible.

Roll the dough up into a tight roll.

Cut dough log into rolls.

Place into a pan to rise. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning let the rolls sit on the counter for 1 - 2 hours before baking.

Bake until golden brown. Make the cream cheese frosting while they bake.

Once the rolls have baked, slather with as much (or little) frosting as you like.
