Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

- Eggs - Mayo - Mustard - Pickle relish - Onion - Salt & pepper - Garlic - Paprika or Cayenne

Hardboil the eggs. Cool quickly then peel, cut in half, and scoop out the yolk.

Finely chop or mash the egg yolks in a medium bowl. Add the pickles, mayo, mustard, and seasonings.

Stir until mixed well. Taste for seasoning. Arrange egg whites as desired to serve.

Pipe or spoon the filling into the whites.

Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or cayenne if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip

Placing your piping bag (I like to just use a sandwich bag) over a glass and then filling makes for easy mess-free piping.
