Cloverleaf Rolls

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Yeast Water Milk Butter Egg Honey or sugar Salt All-purpose flour Oil or cooking spray Melted butter

STEP 1

Stir yeast into the warm water to mostly dissolve. Allow to proof.

STEP 2

Mix together yeast, flour, milk, butter, egg, honey, and salt...

STEP 3

...until a smooth and elastic dough forms.

STEP 4

Cover dough and set aside in a warm place...

STEP 5

...until doubled in size.

STEP 6

Roll dough into small balls and place 3 balls in a muffin tin for each roll (about 12 rolls).

STEP 7

Allow dough to rise again.

STEP 8

Bake until golden brown.

Brush with melted butter, if desired.
