Eggs Mayo Mustard Pickle relish Onion powder (or fresh) Salt Pepper Garlic powder (optional) Paprika (optional)

Hard-boil the eggs.

Immediately put the eggs in an ice bath and peel when cooled down.

Slice the peeled eggs in half, setting the whites aside and mash the yolks in a bowl.

Add mayo, mustard, relish, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic to the yolks.

Mix together thoroughly.

Spoon or pipe filling into the egg whites.
