Can the O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop really make mopping easier? Check out our O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop Review to find out! #Giveitawhirl #dirtbustersunite
Mopping is my least favorite chore of all time. I've had issues with my back the majority of my life, so having to bend over several times to wring out the mop aggravates my back rather quickly. Plus, since I'm just under 5'3" most mops aren't exactly made for my stature. We have several cats, and if you know cats, you know that finding hairballs and puke on your floor is inevitable, and requires a real mop to thoroughly clean them up. So, I was very eager to try out the O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop.
About the O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop
The O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System has a built in wringer activated by a high quality foot pedal allowing you to control the level of moisture. Cleaning your floors has never been this much fun. The built in splash guard prevents overspray onto surrounding floors and walls, and the triangular mop head reaches into corners with deep cleaning microfiber strands to attract dirt and grime. The head is washable, and refills are also available. The telescoping handle extends to 48 inches and can collapse for easy storage. EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System is proudly assembled in the USA. Visit ocedar.com to learn more, or like them on Facebook. The O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop is available for purchase at Wal-Mart and Home Depot for around $40.

Our O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop Review
As I mentioned before, I really don't look forward to mopping. All the constant bending over really gets to my back and can lead to pain and discomfort for a day or two. It's something I really struggle with as our home is mostly hard floors. With multiple cats (I love my fur babies, but the struggle with cat puke and hairballs is real, and disgusting!) and myself admittedly being a messy cook , it can get dirty fast. So, when I saw that O-Cedar has a mopping system that lets you wring out the mop without having to bend over, I felt like my mopping dreams and wishes had been answered, as silly as that might seem. ;) While I've only been using the mop for a few days now, I really do feel like those wishes and dreams have been answered!
Both the mop and bucket are high quality, which is pretty impressive since the O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop costs around $40. The mop itself is very easy to put together, and the super simple instructions are printed right on the box. Can I just say that as a short person I love love love that the mop height is adjustable? I often feel like mops are just too tall for me, and with it being adjustable, it's also easier to store. There's also a max fill line inside the bucket to help you not splash water everywhere while using the wringing feature, as well as a splash guard so you aren't also washing your walls or yourself while mopping. I was worried the wringing pedal might break easily, but it's made of heavy plastic and works very smoothly with very little effort. I do a little happy dance every time I wring the mop out because I'm not having to bend over. Yay! I'm also a big fan of the mop head itself. First, it's triangular shaped so you can easily get into smaller areas to clean. It's also made of microfiber so it's super soft on your hard floors, but has plenty of texture to really get the grime and dirt off your floors. I've never liked the idea of constantly throwing away mop pads, so I do love that the mop head is reusable and can just be tossed in the washer to be cleaned.
Would I Buy the O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop Again?
Yes, yes I would! Not having to constantly bend over while mopping is huge for me and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders (and back) knowing that I can now mop as often as I'd like without having to risk being in pain. In fact, I think I'm going to be getting another O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop to have upstairs as well.
Do you think the O'Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop solves some of the issues you deal with when mopping?

I have bought 3 of these mops and each one has broke after no time. The foot pedal is what breaks. I will not by another one.

I'm sorry to hear that Grannyg. Mine is actually still working all these years later so they certainly may not be made the way they used to be. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

I love the wring spin mop but I've recently ran into a problem. My petal wouldn't spin anymore. First it was a loud noise then it just stop completely. Has anyone experience this problem. And how did you fix it?
