German Plum Cake

Plums All-purpose flour Baking powder Salt Granulated sugar Vanilla Lemon zest Butter Eggs Cinnamon

STEP 1

Preheat your oven and pit and slice plums into quarters.

STEP 2

Place cake ingredients in a mixing bowl.

STEP 3

Mix until a thick batter forms.

STEP 4

Spread cake batter into springform pan.

STEP 5

Press sliced plums into batter.

STEP 6

Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and butter together with mixer until streusel forms.

STEP 7

Sprinkle streusel crumbs on top of the plums.

STEP 8

Bake until the streusel is slightly golden.

STEP 9

Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then release the edge of the springform pan and cool completely.
