Ingredients

- Sweet potatoes - Butter - Evaporated milk - Vanilla - French vanilla pudding mix - Eggs - Salt - Cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves (or pumpkin pie spice) - Pie crusts

Cook sweet potatoes. Cool until able to handle safely.

Preheat oven. Peel and mash potatoes.

Add butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, pudding, eggs, salt, and spices. Mix until well combined.

Pour half of the filling into each pie shell.

Bake until only slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before serving.
