Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Bacon Ground beef Onion Carrots Garlic AP flour Potatoes Beef or chicken broth Worcestershire sauce Milk, or cream, or half & half Cheese Salt & pepper

Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook in a large pot over medium-high heat until slightly crisp.

Add chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add carrots, garlic, and flour cooking for at least 1 minute.

Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are fork tender.

Reduce heat and stir in half & half and cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne, if desired. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring regulary.
