Balsamic Apple Butter Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

- Pork tenderloin - Apple butter - Balsamic vinegar - Salt - Ground black pepper

Mix together apple butter and balsamic vinegar to make a glaze. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.

Place seasoned tenderloin on a prepared baking sheet. Brush all sides with the glaze.

Roast tenderloins, basting with more glaze after about 15 minutes. Roast until pork reaches 145°F and let rest 3 minutes.

Tip

Several years ago the minimum cooking temperature for pork was changed to 145°F as per USDA guidelines so a bit of pink at 145 (with 3 minute rest) is okay - and juicy deliciousness!
