"I love this recipe. I’ve made it a bunch of times and use it on all types of pork, ie. ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin, etc. I usually double the recipe so I can keep it on the shelf when I need it and I use equal parts paprika and smoked paprika. " - Melanie (website review)

Place all of the seasonings in a medium mixing bowl.

Whisk until thoroughly combined and there are no large lumps.

Place in a food-safe container and cover until ready to use.

Pat evenly on all sides of the pork butt, let sit in the refrigerator at least a couple of hours, then cook with your desired method (roasted, smoked, etc.)

This rub is also great on pork loin, ribs, chops, and even chicken or beef.
