Ingredients
- Bacon
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Flour
- Potatoes
- Beef broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- Milk, half & half, or cream
- Cheese
- Cayenne (or paprika)

Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces. Cook until slightly crispy in a large pot.

Add ground beef breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Once the beef is cooked through, drain the excess grease and add chopped onion, cooking for a few minutes.

Add in carrots and garlic, cooking for a few minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Add in potatoes, broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook until potatoes are fork tender.

Reduce heat and add in dairy of choice and cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne or paprika. Cook until slightly thickened.
