How to make 

Sourdough Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients

- Sourdough - Sausage - Butter - Celery - Onion - Garlic - Sage - Thyme - Poultry seasoning - Salt & pepper - Broth - Eggs

Place stale bread cubes into a bowl and set aside.

Start browning sausage.

When sausage is mostly cooked through and veggies and garlic and cook until softened.

Add herbs and seasonings. Add to bread and toss together.

Whisk together the broth and eggs and pour over the bread mixture until evenly moistened.

Pour evenly into greased baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake until golden brown.

Tip

If you forget to let your bread get stale, you can cube it and then toast it in the oven until dried out.
