Ingredients

- Flour - Baking powder - Salt - Pepper - Cayenne - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Cheese - Sausage - Butter

Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or a silpat.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and onion and garlic powders.

Stir in the shredded cheese.

Mix in the sausage and butter until thoroughly comibned.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls, rolling into a ball shape with your hands. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake until golden brown and 165°F internally.

Tip

While you can definitely make these by mixing by hand, a stand or hand mixer fitted with a dough hook is a super easy and less messy way to evenly mix everything together.
