I love to use this rub on ribs, but it's also great on pork butt/shoulder, pork chops, and even chicken or beef. Pretty much anything you'd like a BBQ-style dry rub on.

Place the sugar, paprika, pepper, salt, chili, garlic, and onion powders, cumin, and cayenne in a mixing bowl.

Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

Store in a container with an air-tight lid until ready to use. The rub will keep for 2 to 6 months depending on how old your spices are.
