Pork Dry Rub

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Brown Sugar Paprika Ground Black Pepper Salt Chili Powder Garlic Powder Onion Powder Ground Cumin Cayenne Pepper

WAYS TO USE

I love to use this rub on ribs, but it's also great on pork butt/shoulder, pork chops, and even chicken or beef. Pretty much anything you'd like a BBQ-style dry rub on.

STEP 1

STEP 1

Place the sugar, paprika, pepper, salt, chili, garlic, and onion powders, cumin, and cayenne in a mixing bowl.

STEP 2

STEP 2

Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

STEP 3

STEP 3

Store in a container with an air-tight lid until ready to use. The rub will keep for 2 to 6 months depending on how old your spices are.

STEP 4

STEP 4

Generously rub onto ribs, pork shoulder, or other meats and cook as desired.

Enjoy!
