Brioche Breakfast  Casserole

Ingredients

- Brioche - Ham - Cheese - Eggs - Half & half - Mustard - Salt - Onion powder - Garlic powder - Cayenne or paprika - Pepper

Grease a baking dish. Cube ham and bread. Shred cheese if needed.

Place half of the cubed bread into the bottom of the baking dish in a single layer.

Place half of the ham and cheese on top of the bread.

Add the other half of the bread.

Then the last of the ham and cheese. Whisk together eggs, half & half, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham/egg/bread layers. Cover and refrigerate preferably overnight.

Bake in preheated oven the next morning. Let sit a few minutes before serving.

Tip

While this breakfast casserole is convenient to make the night before, you can also just let it sit for at least 30 minutes if needed.
