Acorn squash Baked with Brown Sugar

Ingredients

-Acorn squash -Butter -Brown sugar -Salt -Spices, if desired

Preheat the oven, prepare a baking sheet, and cut squash in half from stem to bottom.

Scoop out any seeds and excess fibers.

Place squash halves cut side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes and then carefully flip to cut side up.

Place butter, sugar, salt, and seasonings in the middle of each half of the squash.

Bake until desired tenderness and serve warm.
