Macaroni Salt Shredded carrot Onion Apple cider vinegar Mayonnaise Brown sugar Milk Garlic powder (optional) Ground black pepper Garnish: sliced green onion

Boil the macaroni.

While the pasta cooks, grate the carrot and onion into a large mixing bowl.

Once the pasta has cooked, drain and immediately mix with the carrot, onion, and vinegar while hot.

Let the pasta and veggies sit for about 20 minutes. Make the dressing by mixing together the mayo, sugar, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.

After the pasta mixture has sat, mix in the dressing until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Stir again before serving. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
