Sausage Balls Without Bisquick

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour Baking powder Seasoned salt Ground black pepper Ground cayenne pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Grated cheddar cheese Breakfast sausage Butter

STEP 1

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.

STEP 2

Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder.

STEP 3

Stir in the shredded cheese.

STEP 4

Mix in sausage and butter. This is easiest done with a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook.

STEP 5

Scoop the mixture into about 32 equal portions.

STEP 6

Place onto prepared baking sheet.

STEP 7

Bake until golden brown (at least 165°F).

Let cool slightly and enjoy!
