Sausage & Sourdough Stuffing

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Sourdough bread Sausage Butter Celery Onion Garlic Sage Thyme Poultry seasoning (optional) Salt & pepper Broth Eggs

STEP 1

Cut sourdough bread into cubes.

STEP 2

If the bread isn't stale toast until slightly golden brown.

STEP 3

Put bread in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

STEP 4

Cook sausage, vegetables, and herbs.

STEP 5

Mix with cubed bread.

STEP 6

Whisk eggs into broth.

STEP 7

Pour over bread and sausage and mix until evenly moistened.

STEP 8

Spread into oven-safe baking dish.

STEP 9

Bake until crisp and golden brown.
