Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Macaroni Salt Carrot Onion Apple cider vinegar Mayonnaise Brown sugar Milk Garlic powder (optional) Ground black pepper Garnish: sliced green onion

STEP 1

Boil the macaroni.

STEP 2

While the pasta cooks, grate the carrot and onion into a large mixing bowl.

STEP 3

Once the noodles have cooked, drain and immediately mix with the carrot, onion, and vinegar while hot.

STEP 4

Let the pasta and veggies sit for about 20 minutes. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the mayo, sugar, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.

STEP 5

After the noodles have sat, mix in the dressing until everything is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

STEP 6

Stir again before serving. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
