Chicken Pot Pie Soup

HOW TO MAKE

INGREDIENTS

Butter Onions, celery, potatoes, & garlic Salt & pepper Flour Half & half Chicken broth Cooked chicken Mixed veggies Thyme & rosemary Puff pastry

STEP 1

Melt butter in a large pot.

STEP 2

Sautee celery, onion, and garlic in melted butter.

STEP 3

While veggies cook, cut puff pastry into squares and place on baking sheet.

STEP 4

Once veggies have softened, add flour and cook for 1 minute.

STEP 5

Stir in half & half, broth, and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are fork tender.

STEP 6

Bake the puff pastry until golden brown.

STEP 7

Once the potatoes are tender, add chicken, mixed veggies, and herbs. Cook until warmed through.

Ladle into bowls, top with a square of puff pastry, and enjoy!
