Homemade Cream of Wheat

Ingredients

- Your choice of water, milk, cream, half & half or dairy alternative - Salt - Wheat farina (also known as cream of wheat) - Favorite toppings

Whisk together your liquid of choice with salt in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat and whisk in the cream of wheat. Keep whisking until thickened.

Once thickened, remove from heat and let sit for a minute.
