As I’ve practically gushed to you all over the years, I absolutely love being able to shop online. It’s quick, easy, usually painless (though my bank account may say otherwise) and I can wear whatever I want. The only thing I really miss about shopping in the store is being able to ask questions, though these days getting a good answer in store can be hit and miss too. So, I was delighted to hear about the new Shop Your Way Advice service.
I’ve seen other sites where you can ask questions and fellow consumers and even the brand you are looking to buy from can come in and try to answer. I always thought this was a genius idea, so I thought it was super awesome that I can now shop online at Sears and Kmart through ShopYourWay.com and be able to use this service. It’s so nice to be able to get advice and questions answered all in one place. Plus, you can see questions others have asked, along with the answers they got. Subjects include everything from the best toy choice for the kids, to what features a certain grill has.
It’s really easy to use, and anyone can ask a question. I enjoy that you can get answers from store associates from all the around the country, as well as other Shop Your Way members. Then the most helpful responses and answers can be voted on. Here’s how it all works:
- Become a Shop Your Way member if you aren’t already, then go to ShopYourWay.com and click on “Ask a Question” in the Get Advice section or directly from a ShopYourWay.com product page.
- Then you just type your question and any similar questions with answers will pop up as you type.
- If your question hasn’t already been answered, just go through the prompts to ask your question.
- Once your question has been submitted, sit back and wait for the answers to start flowing in from store associates from across the country.
